Not just WNDZ, but any station like WNDZ. In fact, look at what is now the former WCEV. Since 2011-12, programs started to leave. Either they were dropped for non-payment, or went to other stations. After 2015, it really became noticeable. I knew after the Saturday Islamic show left (August 2017), that was it. It was very sad to have music or filler (Infotrak) instead of classic, irreplaceable, ethnic shows more and more.

Second example is 1470. They had the same problem, after 2009, when they stopped simulcasting WSBC, most of the time. Music took up almost all of their broadcast day. Yes, I agree with you. Music/unsold (unbrokered) time is not a good thing, and not what the station needs.
