They do really well in small markets. Duluth, Lansing, Appleton, etc all have them. The same service that syndicates MeTV-FM to other stations also syndicates the format heard in the above markets. Very broad. I swear WCCQ is using a variation of it.

However I think it has problems billing in other markets.
