WIIL is run on a shoestring. It is not in a major market. You look at Chicago's demos and racial makeup? That is like comparing 100.7 Coal City to a Chicago station. It is like Apples and Oranges.
The station will all depend on how Covid progresses and the poor state of current based formats.
