Now that the Trump Admin allowed the Sprint & TMobile merger occur, there will be less unlimited especially with 5G and due to less competition. Do a Google search on Canada Mobile phone prices. See how that dumpsterfire has panned out for them with only 2 providers, no unlimited plans, as their government allowed all the mergers to take place.
This is also not counting the wide swaths of area w/o coverage and for the people that are poor and can't afford a consistent uninterrupted phone service. People are distorted that everyone has unlimited due to resellers like Walmart which target the poor section of society, offer $30 dollar unlimited. Little do posters like this realize it is usually capped at a) availability (priority given to people paying full freight postpaid) b) speed c) capped at a certain amount per month, so the cheap provider will ultimately throttle their users.
