CLTV was still profitable, not a windfall of green, but it made money. Like I said in my first post, the long term will suffer, due to lack of platform for a new talent to sharpen their chops or even move on to WGN and other Nexstar properties
I agree with your last statement. I think the long term goal here is they will be divesting some property notably WGN-AM. Cut costs, increase ratings (already happening by combining online listening numbers) and increased revenue, bringing the property a higher price tag.
