As I mentioned, it's a translator that EMF seems to have found use for instead of leasing to iHeart (Who in turn leased to someone else)

I think they're going after boosting reception downtown. They got CPs for 3 boosters for WJKL er WAWE. Why pay rent and build out 3 low power booster sites when they already have a downtown translator that they could use.

It's relaying 97.9 HD2 from over the air.
