Lets be for real. So please keep at bay Will Rock cheerleaders. Will Rock is NOWHERE to be heard anywhere around Willis tower. PERIOD. It also can't reliably be heard much North of the Elmwood Park signal, until you get away from the city. Especially in houses. It is a station that resides over 50 miles away and doesn't reliably serve the inner city Chicago or Milwaukee markets. Their bankrupt company taking welfare taxpayer handouts to put studios in Gurnee Mills might be better positioned to produce better programming and push online app listening instead of wasting money on lawsuits. Sorry to the engineers for those stations, but ditto. There is (unverified, strictly hearsay) chatter they want to lodge complaints against WCKG's repeater. Really? The 102.3 there isn't even reliable in its own town of license!
At the end of the day I can assure you not much advertising revenue comes from Willis tower or Elmwood Park zip codes.
Finally, capping what I said above about revenue. Is there really interference occurring? Not random citizens signing petitions or "complaining". Is there real hard proof electronic evidence available using tools and machines to prove there is interference? Not saying it doesn't exist. I haven't seen it. Have you?
