I have a 90min tape of 820 WYPA stunting in February 2001 the same way 850 is now. One On One Sports moved to the future WCSN from WJKL.
No idea who would buy 1110. If EMF needs a feed source for one of their translators (101.5 already is relaying 1110 via lease) They could probably buy WMBI-AM. They’d also get a second translator out of the deal.
If Newsweb wants a stronger, less directional AM to replace WAIT, they could buy WMBI-AM and sell or turn off WAIT.
If BBN (Bible Broadcasting Network) wanted to expand their reach outside of 99.9’s coverage area, they could buy it.
Doubt Birach would want it at this point. 640 WMFN was just moved here and they didn’t seem to get much as far as leasing.
If PolskiFM wants to expand hours and coverage outside of 92.7’s coverage area? 1110 and it’s translators might be a good option for them.
Would Matt Dubiel wanted a better AM signal plus translator for his radio operation, he could sell or shut off WCKG and move everything to 1110-106.3, maybe even add 102.3 to it unless he could sell the land 1530-102.3 is on. Hard to tell who owns the land. Make a little extra.
Does Radio Disney want back on the radio since leaving HD-2 and AM? Could be. They’re testing out ideas in Atlanta. WMBI-AM would he a good place to try things. https://www.rbr.com/tv-on-the-radio-radio-disneys-audio-hour-via-sheridan/
Could be literally anybody
