If nobody else is coming close to EMF's offers, then they're overpaying.
You obviously do not know how EMF operates. They *never* pursue sticks. Corporations go to EMF to sell or they file for LPFM/Translators to use as barter or fill in dead areas.
WPLJ New York just announced yesterday they are going off air May 31st. Cumulus negotiated the closing date so they can do on air tributes, unheard of these days. More than WLUP received here. Anyways, you do realize EMF got WPLJ, a full signal in Market #1 for a reported 19 Million dollars, roughly twice as much as it billed in 2017?
