Hubbard flips 96.9 & 97.1 to EMF. In turn they buy out or trade Cumulus for smaller market clusters involving 94.7 & 101.1
This way EMF can have KLOVE, The "NEW" Air1 & KLOVE classics in market #3. Hubbard can be on even footing with iHeart & Entercom.
The bottom line is, Cumulus can't sustain forever after BKP, being a 2 station cluster in a major market with other companies having 4 station clusters.
