WSSR is a Class A station. Their signal is right at the distant/fringe contour. Yes, the maps don't tell all of the story, but, if there is no interference in the primary contour, it will be a moot point.
We have become accustomed to hearing Class A stations at a certain location where it is lucky to even reach. Then we consider it normal.
End of the day, these translators and boosters are just some money for the FCC to sell licenses. Just pollute the band a lil more and have people use other means for communication consumption.
