I've been thinking a lot about the supplements I take for my workouts and how they might affect my body long-term. Specifically, I'm curious about how commonly used supplements interact with our natural hormone levels. Is there a general consensus on whether many popular pre-workouts or protein supplements can influence things like growth hormone or testosterone, even in subtle ways?
