I've been feeling a bit scattered lately, especially with everything going on. It's tough to truly feel present and calm when there are so many demands on your attention. I’ve heard people mention that self-discovery apps can be helpful for grounding yourself and maybe even building some positive habits. Does anyone here use anything like that on a daily basis? I'm curious if they actually make a noticeable difference in staying centered.
