It's so strange how popular open offices have become, even though they seem to cause so many problems with noise and privacy. I feel like companies are focusing more on collaboration than individual productivity, but it seems like a really flawed approach to maximize efficiency. I wonder how many employees actually prefer working in open offices vs. having their own dedicated space.
