I did not feel too good when I first woke up at 6am, but it was my stomach, and I think because I over eat peanuts last night. Planters dry roasted, lightly salted. Once I start eating them I have hard time stopping, and that's what did me in. I felt ok when I went to bed, but man oh man not when I woke up. I hit the snooze alarm and slept for another 1 1/2 hours, and felt soooo much better when I finally got up around 7:30. Whew!
