There are a bunch of black cats at the shelter. Some of them are very sweet and friendly, no different from many of the other cats. But they seem to be the least adopted.

Some sad news though. On black cat named Cross Roads, who was a long time resident of almost 2 years, there since a kitten, had to be euthanized earlier this week when he began having some sort of seizures. I discovered this yesterday when I was there and couldn't find him in the room he lived in, so asked the manager about him.
