Here's a picture on a powder puff plant in the backyard of one of my customers, so called because the bright pinkish red flowers resemble the powder puff used sometimes to apply makeup. I just took the picture this past Monday, and this particular bush is perhaps 9 feet tall, and loaded with flowers, blooming once or twice a year. I have a miniature version of this bush in my yard, and it blooms all year. The bees love it! 🐝
