Good morning. 68 here when I got up, and cloudy, with a chance of rain later, going up to the low 70s.

This weekend is the big annual art festival downtown, with possible crowds of 200,000, so they are always keeping an eye on the weather. So far it looks like it should be ok Saturday and Sunday, but the artists set up tonight, so what the weather is like then is important too.
