Yikes! Anything that close is too close for comfort! Even though it's relatively small, and they say it most likely would have burned up in the atmosphere if it came to Earth, I can't help but think of past ones that exploded in the atmosphere and sent out a big shockwave that actually did a lot of damage in populated areas.
