Seems like an odd time for national black cat day. Unless they've changed their policy, the cat shelter I visit won't adopt out black cats during October, because of Halloween, and not knowing what SOME people might have in mind.
71 here this morning, going up to the low/mid 80s later, and a chance of rain.
