The FLU marches on - here is the weekly update from the Centers for Disease Control.
Very high rates were recorded in Washington DC.
High rates were recorded in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, and New York.
Louisiana and Alabama also had high rates.
The flu usually starts in southern states and moves northward. It is unusual for NY to get high levels this early.
