It was in the beginning stages...I made some offhanded comment on FB about buying up tickets for the TMJ Trio in their early gigs and having them play for empty seats...It was just some BS some friends and I were shooting off to blow off steam..Believe me, I'd never do it as it's a waste of money...and I am a firm believer that people should be allowed to go see whoever they want, no matter what I might think of the talent onstage.
I also made a comment on calling the venues to make sure they knew what line up they were getting..as in those first few months, several venues had the GBR line up picture.

Apparently, MM took our discussion as an attempt to defraud the band and thought my comments were "actionable" if I didn't back off..He never told me this directly but through other people.

I made no more mention of the buying of tickets BS that I spouted and tried a few times to voice my displeasure at the line up change in a passionate yet intellectually stimulating way, although I couldn't resist creating the name Marvinettes...

So far, no more threats to sue me from MM but Josh and I have chatted a bit and the result is more positive on that end.

Needless to say, that whole "lawsuit threat" has soured me on ever seeing or liking any configuration after Sept 24, 2017.

Although, Mr. Haworth, you did your best with what you were dealt in your time with the band. Be glad you are done.
