Bob, tell us your impressions of that Vega now that you've had it a while. How does it compare to other banjos you've played etc.? What your favorite of all the banjos you've owned or played?

If you like different sounds, try a five-string banjo strung up with nylgut strings. It's a really nice/different/mellow sound.
