My current group has found a way to use that song in a comedy bit we do.We intro the song by claiming that a big 1965 hit has long been labeled as a silly love song with no social impact. We have found a way to remedy this perceived slight. I then start the recognizable banjo intro to Mrs Brown You Have a Lovely Daughter (I know it was actually a guitar with a towel under the strings, but it sounds like a banjo, Pete Seeger would have killed me if he had known I used his banjo for that). After the second verse we go into Hammer. It has a similar chord structure so nobody sees it coming. The only bad thing is that you have to be really old to get the humor.
