I'm so sorry we didn't connect before we left town. One of life's regrets is missed opportunities. But hey - we can still chat, if not face to face. New technology has allowed us to keep our Colorado phone number when we moved, so it's not a long distance call for you. Use the "Contact Bob" link on the right-hand menu of my website here to find my phone #. Give me a call!
I love your story about discovering a box full of Bros. 4 LP's. When we left Colorado we brought pretty much everything with us. We were very careful to catalog our possessions as we packed them. I developed a numbering system for each room or category of "stuff" and I listed the items in each box on a master list that went into our computer. It really helped us find things when we got here, but there were a few "human error" mistakes. One of the most frustrating was the fact that somehow we neglected to list "waffle iron" in any box. We knew it should've been in the "Kitchen" catagory, but it wasn't listed and we couldn't find it. One day as we were unpacking kitchen stuff, Meri dug down to the bottom of the very last box and there it was. We knew it was somewhere, but it took a month to find it once we got here. That's moving for you - kinda like Christmas.
Take care...keep in touch!
