Good news! Rolo the dog, who has been sitting on death row awaiting the outcome of the appeal of his death sentence, has been sentenced to LIFE! His owner, Laura Hagen, was convicted of having a dangerous dog running at large, but the judge showed leniency by ordering that both dog and owner participate in an intensive training program for the next three months, in addition to some other stipulations. So Rolo will get to come home in a few days and rejoin his family.

We're still hoping to hold some fund-raisers and sell downloads of my Rolo song to help defray the bills that Laura has racked up since August to keep Rolo alive. On top of that, she'll probably now get slapped with a lawsuit by the "victim" in this case, so it's not over for yer yet. Justice is a hard thing to come by these days.
