I once owned a pub opposite the saleyards in Bendigo where the weekly din of cattle, sheep & auctioneers was music to my ears. Now the pub's closed & the saleyards have been shifted out from the town. The title of the new place is "Livestock Exchange"! It still has that same rural aroma though!
