It's the people who come here illegally that concern me. And especially those who are criminals of some sort (over and above their illegal immigration status) and those who feel that they have rights, despite the fact that they've disobeyed our laws. I also have a problem with those who disrespect our country and their privilege of being here by refusing to learn our language and by waving their native flag. It feels like an invasion to me. You live in a state that is more lenient toward illegal aliens than any other to my knowledge. In Utah illegals without any documentation can get a drivers license and even get a higher education through the state system. I don't condone that, but that's for the citizens of Utah to accept or not. Here in Colorado I'm working with a group of people who will not settle for letting lawbreakers slide. On the subject of my performing there, I don't have any connections there at this time. If you have a venue that might be appropriate please forward any contact info you might have and I'll pursue it. I'm now on a whole different level of show biz, not having the strength of The Kingston Trio name behind me. I'm just Bob Haworth now - working on establishing myself as a known entity. I'm basically starting at the bottom of a different market and it's going to take time to build my reputation. Suggestions, contact names and phone numbers are always appreciated. Have banjo - will travel! For now, I'm doing mostly private events around Colorado. I do have a few public appearances booked, which are posted on my schedule page at this site. Any time I get a public date on the calender I'll post it up there for all to see. If you're ever in the Denver area during the summertime, be sure to let us know. We welcome visitors and our backyard is a constant party all summer long. Lots of music and water sports, BBQ, etc. Hope to see you soon!
