....to call it a day here at the board and website and close up shop???

Lea and I seem to be almost the only ones around these days. Hardly anyone comments on the pictures (thanks for doing those Lea).

If you still come by let us know. Let us know your thoughts on keeping the place open. Now's your chance to have you voice heard!!!

I still come on to the board. I enjoy looking at the pictures and reading the fan fictions. Ido wish that some of them would be finished and have an ending, but I enjoy them just the same.

Well I do come every day but only as a necessity to post the daily pictures. I realize this is an expense to Mary Ann, as she has always been the one to financially maintain this place. I would miss the people, but actually there is no interaction anymore. I miss the olden days!

I still stop in nearly every day. Although I don't comment often, the pictures posted always bring a smile. I appreciate your work on that, Lea. And I appreciate Mary Ann keeping the page going.

I think I'm one of the newbies (joined in 2012), so I don't remember the old days. I'm sure it was fun when the show was still on and you had things to discuss. The excitement of the reboot helped, but that didn't last long...grrr.

I really hope we can keep it going. As you know, I love to write (when I have time) and am willing to share stories. But I also like to read others' work. If we could have some story challenges or polls,or trivia we could still have some fun here. Maybe post a short video clip and write an alternate ending to it or something...? I'm willing to help if there is any interest.

I guess I hate to see it end.

I still come too, and read fan fiction often, but would understand if it can't be kept up forever. Not at all hard to understand why you're asking.

Please know that even though I don't comment, I still check in to check out the board every day!!! I always check out the daily pictures and look for new FFs (always enjoy reading those) and other gossip regarding B & N / Bob & Hillary.

I would absolutely hate to see the board fold, but I do understand the financial aspects of your decision, Mary Ann.

Question...even if you do decide to close up the board would there still be some way we could access the FFs? Because I would hate to lose all those great stories about our couple!!!

Oh Mary Ann, when I saw the three words in the subject line I was afraid to read to the message because I knew what would be in here.

I still stop in nearly every day to get my Bo and Nora fix as I do miss them and OLTL terribly. I try to to stop in on a break to check out the daily pics or to see if there are any new ff's or news in general.

Although I don't comment on the pictures they always bring a smile to my face and I do so appreciate Lea posting them every day. If I did comment every day the board would be overflowing with the same comments because I love all of the pictures. When I see the pics I say "oh I remember that scene like it was yesterday" or "that was one of my favorite scenes" or "I remember the song that played in that scene" or "I can mimic every line word for word from that scene." Each picture has meaning for sure.

I still like to go back and reread the fan fictions. There are so many great stories by so many great writers here. In fact I was just in the middle of reading one this week (no kidding).

When OLTL was canceled (twice) I always said okay at least we have still have this site to go to. I think all of us took it for granted that it would always be here and I, for one, would like to apologize to Mary Ann and Lea and thank them for keeping it going. You know what they say about hind sight.

I will not lie when I say it will sadden me so to see this site shut down. I do like Hummingbirds suggestions of having challenges, trivia or polls or finishing a scene at least to keep the board going. And I know that it does cost to keep it running and I would not mind in the least contributing to keep it going or volunteering to help in any way possible.

Well those are my thoughts. Thank you for letting us express our thoughts and have an opinion about keeping the site open and not just shutting it down on us.

I don't mind keeping the place up and running if people are still coming. Lea says that she will keep doing pictures (WOO HOO). Feel free to start a post or two to get conversations going.

So happy and relieved to see your message, Mary Ann. Maybe this is a good wake up call...we already lost Bo and Nora to ABC and Prospect Park, we need to keep them here. I hope this inspires us to more conversation and fun here on the board. Thanks for keeping it going.

Thank you so much, Mary Ann, for so generously keeping the board for everyone. I always hoped we could somehow keep Bo and Nora going as long as we possibly could. I love coming here. I can't every day now, but I try. It is my go to place to smile - the pictures (thanks Lea), the updates, birthday wishes (thanks Cindy), and the FF (Cathy, Rebecca, and all who contribute). Thanks to everyone who contributes to all of these. I look forward to enjoying them all.

Thanks for keeping it alive MA! I stop in occasionally and know I should comment when I do. I do miss the community of this place but since there's not much to discuss, I gave up the habit.

Will try to come by more often and post occasionally too. SO MANY fond memories of this board and the ladies I met here!

oh MA....I know I don't always post...I will try to do better! I echo everyone else...this is my "happy place"...I read the ff every night before I go to sleep...my lil bedtime story! I LOVE this site and love to look at the photos....thank you for all you and Lea do. I agree we should have some polls, ff challenges etc to get the juices going! I know I will be soooo sad if this site closes down.
