I believe he gave it to her at their barn house.

He was going to give it to her at the church at Mel's funeral, but she thought he was going to give her separation papers and she bolted.

When he came back to the church she was there with Sam and then Bo did end up giving her the separation papers...

Later Bo came to the barn house to get some of his stuff and gave her the wedding band!
