The sign of a GOOD team is it's strength in depth, (The All Blacks are testament to that) and unfortunately BCFC appears to have a massive gulf of ability between First choice players and those at the next level. Until the ownership saga is finally sorted I do not envisage any great advances being made by BCFC. Just hope and pray we can stay in this division long enough to make improvements. I believe Gary Rowett is a good championship manager but he can only work with the tools he is supplied with.
