Mad Albert, Albert Turbill was attacked by a bunch of cowards outsie the Fox and Grapes some 4 years ago and he suffered brain damage and subsequently passed away 13 months ago. For reasons still unknown his body has just been released and he will be buried at Woodlands in Chelmsley Wood on 23rd April at 11am. He was an old style terrace legenad and my favourite memory of him was after single handedly destroying the South Africa pub at QPR around 1978 he then attacked and bit a police dog outside. A quiet unassuming working bloke who loved his saturdays following his beloved team. RIP Albert the only man ever to have thrown the leader of the Millwall mob through a plate glass window at Cold Blow Lane.
