We left for Leicester at 4-30, 5 of us in the car Myself, Dougs driving, Mickey, Mark and Joe fair play to Mick he had done is homework and gone on the Duncan Adams football grounds website and told us we need a pub called The Counting Choice we set the sat nav and down the M42 onto the M69 we went, Does anyone know someone who drives a black range rover with the reg LEE 8CFC because we followed him to Leicester and we was wondering who he was. Anyway because of the time we got to the end of the M69 we hit all the traffic and didnt get to the pub till 6 0 clock, when you get to the ground which will be on your left on your right is a pub called the local hero drive past the local hero and turn right the Counting Choice is on your right as you turn into the pub there is a ncp car park, park your car there, The Counting Choice was full of Leicester Shirts and some Birmingham shirts and the ones not wearing shirts were all Mighty Blues fans although we at first thought they were Leicester and it wasnt until The Leicester Shirts outside raised a flag with Leicester City FC passion and Pride and the chant went up "WHAT THE F**K IN HELL IS THAT" and a group of lads raised a Birmingham City flag did we relaise that everyone was Mighty Blues fans. So in the future if you go to Leicester or you know someone who is going to a game at Leicester I can highly reccommend The Counting Choice. Anyway after a few bevvies we crossed the road to The King Power Stadium (or what should be renamed The Libary, If it wasnt for the F**King Drummer we wouldnt of known the leicester fans were there) and the away end is in front of you. The Mighty Blues fans were in fine voice as always and made alot of noise through out the game, my favourite song of the night was "YOUR NOTHING SPECIAL, WE LOOSE EVERY WEEK" just after Leicester went 1-0 up. Dont know what the game was like on TV but being there and having Blue eyes in my opinion we played the better football and the only times Leicester threatened was on corners, we went mental when we pulled it back to 1-1. and there was a famous Blues fan there who as just brought a book out and was happy to pose with us for photos at half time, the guy is massive mountain of a man. we gave Chris woods a good send off when he got subbed and he appauled us as he walked off with 8 mins to go and with The Mighty Blues 2-1 down clarke sent on Chris Burke and i knew he wasnt going to miss the penalty and he sent us all mental again and home happy. came out the ground and into a line of police who said we are going to escort you to the station as we were explaining to a couple of them that we came by car a big fight broke out over the road on the left of us, Anyway they escorted us and when we got to the pub we just told them our car is there and they let us walk out, and have to say found the police very freindly, anyway a couple of pints in the Counting Choice and home within an hour, HAPPY DAYS and KEEP RIGHT ON just one down side didnt get to meet Nappa.
