True, he didn't listen to "leave it alone" but when you said "Come" he was moving towards you then you said "No". Watch the video again.
I think you threw out the "No" before you gave him a chance to actually come to you. When he starts coming towards you and you say "No" he then turns up the road.
You have control of that dog...slow down and have faith in your control. Good work!
