To explain this, I may not charge money to work dogs, but I will also not make more dog than you have CONTROL of. Making more dog that you can CONTROL is a mistake that I will never make again. Part of proving CONTROL to me, was to run his dog with no leash or collar, beside me and my dog.
When muzzle fighting, we go 100% unscripted. Attacks can come from anywhere at any time. We might sit and drink 3 adult beverages, when I suddenly jump up and knock you out of your chair. We must prepare the dog for real life.
I might decide to jump up the second you call OFF your dog, and try to sucker punch you. Granted, I don't get off the ground too fast these days, and the sounds may be just me grunting while doing it.
By the time you have advanced to muzzle fighting, I need to look for holes in your training. I will probe every way I can, to get passed your dog.
If the bouncy ball works to distract, you are miles away from muzzle training.
