Nice post. I think, however, that the dogs that the Romans found when they invaded the British Isles (the broad mouthed dog) is a different strain of dog that the Molossian developed at the Epirus and took by the Romans latter. In fact, there are some references in old Roman manuscripts to these British dogs and how they can easily beat the Molossers. What do think about this olddog?
