IMO that dog would hit that Dutchie in a heart beat if he was not distracted by the handler, food, E-collar and having seen the scenario hundreds of times over the 4 weeks of training/rehab. Not saying that there is not progress from the described previous behavior but that dog has a long way to go before he is trust worthy around other dogs especially with a non professional at he handle.
Plus I am not convinced that this distraction / positive method is the best to reverse a really dog aggressive animal... and who is to say that this is the only method being used...and what the end goal is... EVERY DOG/SITUATION IS DIFFERENT.
