A total dog? My dogs are a part of my family, I don't do bitework or things like that. Most clubs wouldn't allow my breed anyway, and I don't think they are suited for that type of work. Doing other things with a dog isn't disrespectful to a certain breed, there are other options what my breed can do. For instance, my female will start mantrailing in a few weeks, if she does OK, she can continue as a rescuedog. And in June she will run her AD, if she succeeds in both, I am happy with that. My breed is only known as a fighting breed, but that doesn't mean you can't explore the other options in a breed.
