The Donovan Pinscher
Removal of the PRIMARY instinctive attractants is a GRADUAL process...The INTENSITY set in the dogs mind by the decoy in the beginning...SLOWLY...begins to become "expectation"..and the decoy SLOWLY lessens HIS attractions...and re-inforces the dogs actions....BUT..The dog must FIRST "LOVE" the engagment!..If the dog early introductions to HUNT/KILL conditioning..are Half-hearted...then the dog will ultimately be half hearted...believing that half an effort is sufficient...That "prey" wont really try THAT hard to get away....and ultimately...That a "BAD GUY" is really not "that" dangerous...all VERY BAD IDEAS.....its like "slap fighting" your friends in preperation for mortal combat!...very silly...
