This division is about to get interesting with only 1 team with a guaranteed spot and that’s Round Rock Navy. Elgin, Cedar Creek, Georgetown, and Del Valle are fighting it out for the other 3 spots. It’s a race to the finish and with this being youth football, anything can happen. Here are this week’s picks:

#3 Cedar Creek over #5 Del Valle – OFFICIAL JUNIOR GAME OF THE WEEK – Winner gets a spot in the Final 4 loser gets to go bowling. So much is riding on this game, and I expect it to come down to the last play of the game. I’ll take Cedar Creek by 6 points. I know it’s a long shot, but anything is possible.

#1 Round Rock Navy over #14 Kyle – Round Rock Navy gets to play a lowly Kyle team and should win by Mercy Rule.

#2 Elgin over #7 Bastrop Black – Bastrop Black can throw the rankings into a tailspin if they can pull off the upset. It’s another long shot but I doubt that it will happen. I’ll take Elgin by 24.

#4 Georgetown over #11 North Austin – Georgetown should win this one by Mercy Rule and this should get them into the Final 4.

#6 Hutto over #8 Leander – I can see this going either way and it being a close game. I’ll take Hutto by 7 points.

#9 Round Rock Yellow over #12 Jarrell – Round Rock Yellow gets to end their season playing a lowly Jarrell team. I see no issue for Round Rock and see them taking it by 24 points.

#10 Bastrop Maroon over #13 East Austin – This is an interesting match, that shows to be an entertaining game. Get some popcorn and get ready for a good game. I’ll take Bastrop Maroon by 12 points.
