I am going to keep this short and sweet. The Junior Division is looking wide open, and I see it being a race to the finish. Now for the picks:

#1 Cedar Creek over #6 Leander – OFFICIAL JUNIOR GAME OF THE WEEK – Lets Go Cedar Creek!! I would love to see them get that 4th win. Leander will be a tough game for them and even though I have a feeling Leander will win, I am still taking Cedar Creek by 6 points.

#2 Round Rock Navy over #10 Del Valle – Del Valle is about to play a very powerful Round Rock Navy team. I don’t see Del Valle hanging with them and have Round Rock Navy winning by 24.

#3 Round Rock Yellow over #5 Georgetown – This is the true Game of the Week as 2 good teams battle it out. Georgetown is looking to bounce back from losing last week and Round Rock Yellow is looking to shutout their 3 straight opponents. I’ll take Round Rock Yellow by 6 points.

#4 Elgin over #8 Kyle – Elgin is getting to play a Kyle team that seems to play good defense while having a bad offense. I’ll take Elgin by 12 in this game.

#7 Bastrop Black over #12 Bastrop Maroon – Battle for the Golden Bear! This isn’t true by it should be. Maroon hasn’t scored all season and Black has put up a total of 42. I’ll take Bastrop Black by 24.

#9 Hutto over #13 North Austin – This is interesting to me. North Austin has looked terrible while Hutto is 1-1. On paper Hutto is a mercy rule favorite but I think it will be in the range of 24 points.

#11 Jarrell over #14 East Austin – Battle of the Bads!! I always say these are the best games to watch. East Austin hasn’t seen the endzone and this week could change that. I have Jarrell taking the win by 32…maybe a mercy rule.
