B/C teams still may NOT exceed the maximum of 3 chips. Conference players will NOT be able to play in state until Oct 1. *********************************************************************************** New Rules: Class D Home Run Rule: 2 home runs and then inning ending All other home run rules are the same. *********************************************************************************** Courtesy Runners Rule: In state – Courtesy Runner may be anyone in the lineup. The courtesy runner may be used unlimited number of times for one player per gender per inning. If the courtesy runner is on base and comes to bat, an out will be taken for that spot in the order. There will be no substitution for a courtesy runner.
If you travel out of state to play: National Rule – Only one courtesy Runner per inning may be used. The courtesy Runner will be the last Recorded out. If it is the first inning of the game, no courtesy Runner may be used until an out is recorded. If the courtesy runner is still on base when his/her turn to bat comes up, the original baserunner can take the place on base with no penalty. For Coed, only the last male out can run for a male and only the last female out can run for a female. *********************************************************************************** Protest Fee = $200 – protest fee is returned if protest is confirmed. *********************************************************************************** We will have a Spring and Summer Season again for 2016
