It has long been established that certain varieties of rhubarb do actually talk. And now the University of Lancaster has successfully introduced the Rhubaphone which allows the listener to hear what’s actually going on in the rhubarb world. Ex-navy man Charles, the Prince of Wales who is now in his 60’s has been renowned for his ability to hear plants since his teenage years. (And on occasion has been observed talking back to them). I myself often talk to the trees, but they don’t listen to me.
