" Secret " convoy communications tables

Posted by Mark C. Keever on December 4, 2012, 7:33 am

I'm in the process of creating a website to honor & acknowledge a W.W. II Atlantic mercantile convoy. Having obtained declassified material, I'm trying to interpret a sailing telegram. Seeking where to find or any information related to " INCON PAD 759 " and recoding tables 33 and 34. I believe numbers were converted by using these tables to form new numbers or letters. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated ! Thank-you !

Hi Mark.
This work that you are involved in sounds very interesting and complicated. Please have a look at our website to see if any information in it will help you. I would be very interested in having a look at one or two of these sailing telegrams as i didn't know of there existence.
