I am looking for pictures of the following ships that my father served on.
SS OLIVER WENDEL HOMLES
SS PACIFIC SUN
I have been able to get pictures of the rest of his ships which I am adding to his records to be passed down to the kids and grandkids.

I appreaciate any and all help.

Use this link to sources of photographs of World War II-era merchant ships: http://www.usmm.org/photosource.html.

Mr. Hultgren in particular specializes in Liberty ship photographs; OLIVER WENDELL HOLMES was a Liberty. He is quite elderly but at last report was still actively managing his collection.

Other persons have had good results in contacting the Mariners Museum in Newport News, VA. But the URL listed for research assistance is out of date. Use http://www.marinersmuseum.org/library/research-assistance instead.
