Another Milestone

On the 8th I marked my 87th birthday and on the 9th we celebrated our 64th anniversary.
I visit this site almost daily and find that the postings to the Message Board always bring to the fore my AG experiences within the '42-'45 priod even after all these years as well as some insight into how my peers are doing.
So my thanks to Ron Carlson for this great website.

Bob,

Congratulations to you and your wife. I am in awe. I may someday get to 87 but I doubt that my wife and I will ever get to 64. Later this year will be just our 25th.

Bob, Fran, Harvel, you guys embarrass me, but thanks. I try to do my best.

Congratulations on both counts, Bob. Clearly, the gods have smiled on you. I confess that when Tom was ill and thinking of handing this site off to someone else, I feared it would suffer. On the contrary, it has flourished. Ron is due the sincere and profound thanks of us all.
