I wonder if there are any Ag from the Sharon who salied in the Leyte to Mindoro covoy in late December 1944. It was not my ship but am familiar with the events of the Sharon at that time.

The Armed Guard website, at the list of members of the U.S.N. Armed Guard World War II Veterans Association (https://www.armed-guard.com/allnames.html), shows four men who have identified themselves as former Armed Guard crew on SS WILLIAM SHARON. They may or may not have been aboard in December 1944. The four names are:
John H Bolden Thomas A Gross Peter Steinbauer Roman Trzenska
