Scott,
My guess is that you are interested in Armed Guard shipmates of Robert Charles Waggoner, seaman 3/c, serial number 321 71 65, assigned to the Brooklyn Armed Guard Center.
The subscription website Ancestry.com (www.ancestry.com), which is more commonly used for genealogical research, has records of the names of crew members who arrived in various U.S. ports of entry. In a search of the website, I found two records of Robert Charles Waggoner arriving in New York City as a member of the Armed Guard crew aboard SS AMERIKI. The first was on 24 February 1944, from Liverpool, England, and the second was 28 September 1944, from Cardiff, Wales.
Following are the names of the Armed Guard crew members aboard AMERIKI on these two voyages, in addition to Robert Charles Waggoner.

Unfortunately I do not know whether any of these men are still living, nor do I personally have contact information for any of them.
However, the five men identified with an asterisk (*) are or have been members of the U.S.N. Armed Guard World War II Veterans Association and may still be living. Please contact Mr. C.A. Lloyd, Chairman of the Association, who may be able to provide contact information for any of these men who are still living. Mr. Lloyd can be reached at:

Additionally about a year ago, a David Bond posted a message to the Armed Guard message board asking about crew on AMERIKI. He is the son of Robert Leroy Bond and says he has pictures and other names of Armed Guard crew. His father was apparently still living as of the time he posted his message. Contact David Bond at drbond@myrealbox.com.
SS AMERIKI was a Liberty ship, built by the New England Shipbuilding Corporation, South Portland, Maine, launched 19 September 1943 originally with the name WILLIAM H TODD, but renamed AMERIKI and given to the Greek government under Lend-Lease. Her civilian merchant marine crew was almost entirely Greek, with her master (captain) on these two voyages being Spyros Theophilatos.
SS AMERIKI continued to sail in commercial service under the Greek flag after World War II, was renamed at least once, and was scrapped in Shanghai in 1967.
Good luck.

I believe I may have located the granddaughter of the captain of the "Ameriki" Spyros Theophilatos. Could you please send me any more information you may have of the Mr. Theophilatos and his family?
