While looking through my uncles WWII papers I found a menu from the USAT Borinquen dated Sunday Oct. 14, 1945. Roast Chicken with Brown Gravy, Green Peas, Mashed Potatoes, Ice Cream, Apple Pie, Bread and Butter with Jam and Coffee with Milk. I saw the ships calendar but it didn't include 1945. Any info on this date? I saw there was a documentary coming out on this ship next month.
