I have an interesting item. It's a folding copy of the Declaration Of War, in Japanese. There is a typed transaction, plus a type letter from Edward Tunison Duncan, who was the Chief Engineer on the S/S Helena Modjeska. The letter is dated April 7, 1946, and also says "Tokyo, Japan" at the top. Does anyone know anything about this?
